Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our project managers and designers in planning, scheduling, and executing residential landscape and interior design projects from start to finish.
The Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating project timelines, subcontractors, vendors, and material deliveries to ensure smooth project execution. The coordinator maintains accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, budgets, and estimates, while tracking project costs and assisting with invoicing and purchase orders. The position also ensures compliance with local regulations and permits, assists with material selections as needed, and provides administrative support to maintain seamless workflow between the design and field teams.
Job Requirements
2+ years of experience in project coordination, construction administration, or a related field
Experience in landscape design, interior design, construction, or design-build preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in project management software
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
