In the past year, Mom’s Design Build earned 16 industry awards, and just last week, we added two brand-new honors, prestigious National Remodeler of the Year Awards from the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI), recognizing excellence in residential design and remodeling.
After first competing at the state and regional levels, we were honored to earn national recognition through NARI National. Our Cedar & Stone Project received top honors in the Residential Detached Structure category, while the Cool California Project also took home First Place in the Residential Exterior $100K–$250K category.
Both award-winning projects were designed by our talented Senior Landscape Designer, Becca Bastyr, whose creativity, vision, and attention to detail brought these spaces to life in truly exceptional ways.
“My favorite elements from Cedar & Stone are the big sweeping arches throughout the pavilion, and everything about the kitchen at Cool California, but especially the curved peninsula-end and the vent hood wall,” Becca shares.
These recognitions reflect the dedication of our team and the trust our clients place in us to transform their outdoor spaces. We’re incredibly proud of this achievement, and even more excited to continue creating thoughtful, inspiring designs in the years ahead.
