Alyssa, Project Coordinator at Mom’s Design Build, has a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from the University of Minnesota, with a minor in Interior Design. Before joining us, she spent 3+ years as a designer for a custom home builder, where she also ran their social media, so she can render a floor plan and craft the perfect Instagram caption in the same afternoon. Now she keeps our projects organized, on schedule, and not descending into chaos – a skill that translates surprisingly well to her personal life…

Because in 2025, Alyssa bought a house and decided the best way to relax after work was… more construction. New walls, new cabinets, new everything – as a side project with her dad. She’s often out exploring coffee shops and breweries with her tailless golden retriever, Larry (the goodest boy ever, follow him at @good.boylarry), or unwinding with a good book and a glass of wine.
