Meet Heather Kubista, Project Coordinator at Mom’s Design Build! Heather brings over 20 years of experience as a florist, a lifelong love of beautiful spaces and an impressive ability to organize literally anything — a skill she’s been honing since childhood while sorting nails and screws at her grandfather’s lumber yard.

Heather is passionate about helping people create homes and gardens that feel grounded, meaningful and built to last. She especially loves the relationship side of the work: collaborating with clients, vendors and teammates to bring ideas to life from start to finish.

When she’s not at Mom’s, Heather can usually be found spending time with her wonderful daughters, Willa and Frannie, cooking, practicing pilates or planning her next trip abroad. She’s also the proud owner of Monte, a 10-year-old German Shepherd rescue with short legs.

A few more fun facts about Heather: she studied to become a pilates instructor, loves almost all vegetables and will absolutely never go on a cruise.
