Joshua Montanez

Josh is the team’s go-to for anything tech. As Business Systems and Automation Specialist, he builds and fine-tunes the tools that keep Mom’s Design Build running smoothly behind the scenes, automating repetitive tasks and connecting systems so the team can spend more time on the work that matters. He also owns his own web development business, and he’s a big AI enthusiast who’s always looking for the next smart way to work better and faster.

Josh has a hard time sitting still and he calls himself a very social introvert: he loves being around people, but most of the things he does for fun are solo adventures. He’s also a serious reader and gets through 40 to 60 books a year on nonfiction, theology, science, philosophy and communications. One more fun fact: he has eaten Chipotle more than 1,000 times, and he’s still going strong.
