Shanna Ballsrud

Shanna is a strategic finance and operations leader with more than 20 years of experience helping businesses improve profitability, strengthen their operations and build for growth. She earned her bachelor’s degree from St. Cloud State University and went on to serve as a CFO, where she led financial management, operational strategy, job costing and process improvement while building strong teams. She also owns an accounting services company that provides accounting, financial management and CFO services to businesses that want more clarity and control over their finances.

At Mom’s Design Build, Shanna keeps the numbers sharp, the systems running smoothly and the team supported.Giving back matters a lot to Shanna, and she is a founder of a charitable foundation. Family comes first: she’s married with three kids and two dogs, and they keep life busy in the best way. In her free time she loves to read, travel, cook and get outside. Ask her about college sometime. She studied abroad and lived in a real castle!
