REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a valid Drivers License to apply

3+ years experience preferred

Know Materials, methods, and skills used in various landscaping common to the Midwest region

Experience in landscape construction or related field

Ability to proficiently operate various machinery

Read, speak, and understand English

Ability to work indoors and outdoors in a variety of weather conditions

Ability to lift 50 lbs. to shoulder height
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
-
Communicate and manage people diverse in language, ability, educational levels, and experience

Supervise staff and Sub Contractors engaged in implementation of construction plan

Ability to read and understand a construction plan
-
Ensure all permits and approvals are in place
-
Keep and maintain accurate records (time, materials used, design plan, receipts, etc.)

Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, efficiency, and customer service
