Look-out basement converted to functional walk out to poolscape with clever landscaping and window converted to the sheltered entry door.

- Central cabinet under the island provides storage and support for heavy quartz top while maintaining leg room for stools on all sides.
- Hidden steel supports use in place of brackets under massive quartz sofa bar on knee wall behind the couch.
- Concrete re-trenched to alter DWV rough in done when house was built to make toilet area more private.
- Original chandelier had an extensive lead time. The contractor proposed a custom solution using a canopy to extend the single light rough-in which also better matched the aesthetic of the space.
